5Financial Transactions

- You fail to provide required verification documents
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period
Consequences of Closure
Upon account closure, all pending wagers may be cancelled, promotional offers forfeited, and access to services terminated. Any remaining balance will be returned after deducting applicable fees and charges.
11Liability Limitations
Service Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, technical failures, or maintenance downtime.
Maximum Liability
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to this Agreement or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Exclusions
We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
